Grace Foundation West Africa is a registered charity operating in Ghana and the United Kingdom, committed to transforming lives through education, health, youth empowerment, and sustainable community development. Meet Our Founder
Sheila Addo Sarkodie is the Executive Director and Founder of Grace Foundation West Africa. A passionate philanthropist and seasoned healthcare professional, Sheila brings a wealth of experience and compassion to her leadership. Her journey spans both Ghana and the United Kingdom, where she has dedicated her life to uplifting disadvantaged communities through education, health, and social development.
Sheila is a Registered Nurse in Ghana and holds multiple qualifications in health and social care, including:
Diploma in Registered General Nursing – Ghana
ATHE Level 4 & Level 5 Diplomas in Health and Social Care – UK
Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care – UK
Certified Digital Teaching Assistant – The Digital College, UK
Her cross-cultural expertise and deep commitment to service have shaped the foundation’s mission to create sustainable opportunities for vulnerable populations. Sheila’s vision is rooted in the belief that “every life deserves dignity, opportunity, and hope.”
